DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Engine Repairs for our Service segment in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Diagnose and complete less complex repairs to engines at the customers site.


  • Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to their needs.


  • Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.


  • Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engines and related components in the field.


  • Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisor.
