Job Description
Within the Customer Support Department, the Customer Suppor Shop Visit Manager (Engine Owner) supports the management of the shop visits where CFM activities are performed for our customers in the region. Another shop may become another area of the opportunity in case of offloading engines/modules.
The Engine Owner is in charge of managing the Shop Visit in accordance with the agreed specifications, shared during the gate 00. He/She follows-up and challenges the industrial gating process (G0 : induction, G1A : end of dissassy, G1B : end of inspection, G2 : end of parts repair, G3 : delivery) and reports on a weekly basis to the customer team.
At G1A & G1B, the cost estimate of the SV shall be updated and shared within the customer team to understand the changes and evaluate their impact on the contract profitability.
