Were seeking an experienced and motivated Engine Workshop Supervisor to lead our Engine Shop and Wheel Bay teams at our Wagga Wagga base. This is a full-time position.

This hands‑on supervisory position offers the opportunity to manage skilled technicians optimise workshop operations and contribute directly to aircraft component reliability and on‑time performance.

Reporting

This position reports to the Base Maintenance Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of workshop technicians in the repair servicing and overhaul of gas turbine engines (primarily GE CT7 series) batteries wheels and brakes.
