Engine Workshop Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Engine Workshop Supervisor to lead our Engine Shop and Wheel Bay teams at our Wagga Wagga base. This is a full-time position.

This hands-on supervisory position offers the opportunity to manage skilled technicians, optimise workshop operations, and contribute directly to aircraft component reliability and on-time performance.

Reporting:

This position reports to the Base Maintenance Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of workshop technicians in the repair, servicing, and overhaul of gas turbine engines (primarily GE CT7 series), batteries, wheels, and brakes.
