Ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional teamwork and will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance regarding engineering and continuous improvement activities. The Manufacturing Engineer will support site operational goals for production, capability, capacity, quality, safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. The Engineer serves as the expert of equipment capability, design, and efficiency, and works heavily with the Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Design, and Product Development teams on new and existing opportunities. The continuous improvement efforts often involve incorporating new equipment, materials, processes, and technology into existing operations.
