Responsibilities
Make changes to enhance the machine functionality of the equipment.To continuously improve/upgrade equipment using six sigma/lean principles.Troubleshoot and solve errors/problems on production equipment.Ensure the work environment, equipment and processes are in safe condition and meet or exceed OSHA requirements.Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.Determines product specifications for the purchase of equipment, materials or parts, according to specifications and quality standards.
