Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Operate and maintain CMHK RAN and transmission network including cell site configuration and troubleshooting, ATN operation and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support services and handle complex case troubleshooting
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for fault identification and service recovery of CMHK transmission network

  • Preparation of operation report, system and operation documentation if required

    • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Telecommunications field or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in telecom industry
  • Good operation excellence, analytical and communication skill
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality services
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
