About the Role
Elmet Technologies, a subsidiary of The Elmet Group, manufactures high-performance refractory metal products used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, and high-temperature applications. We are hiring a Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for our Spray Dry and Plasma Densification operations.
This is a hands-on engineering role working closely with production, quality, and customers to improve yields, resolve issues, and support new product development.
What You’ll Do
+ Develop and document manufacturing processes for molybdenum and tungsten products
+ Improve processes, methods, and equipment to increase capability and yield
+ Troubleshoot production issues alongside shop floor employees
+ Support new product introduction and technical customer requirements
+ Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and FMEA activities
