Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to industrial machinery, tools, spares, service requests, and warranties.Register service calls, complaints, and breakdown requests; coordinate with service engineers for timely resolution.Track service orders, AMC contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for order status, delivery timelines, and installations.Prepare and share quotations for spare parts, consumables, and service jobs as per internal guidelines.Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and closure of complaints.Support sales and service teams with customer documentation, reports, and MIS.Ensure compliance with company service standards, SLAs, and safety guidelines.
