Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to industrial machinery, tools, spares, service requests, and warranties.
- Register service calls, complaints, and breakdown requests; coordinate with service engineers for timely resolution.
- Track service orders, AMC contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for order status, delivery timelines, and installations.
- Prepare and share quotations for spare parts, consumables, and service jobs as per internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and closure of complaints.
- Support sales and service teams with customer documentation, reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, SLAs, and safety guidelines.
