University Electrical Engineer Practice Leader: Serve as lead subject matter expert for Electrical Engineering services for Texas Tech University (TTU), overseeing adherence to university design and construction standards, building codes. Develop, maintain, and enforce the university’s design guidelines, campus master plans, including considerations for environmental impact, utilities, landscaping, wayfinding, sustainability, and quality assurance processes. 

Project Assessment & Scoping: Engage customers to define project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules. Perform project risk assessment and constructability evaluations. Consult with multiple departments within Operations to finalize space utilization requirements and funding. Develop and submit project scopes, budgets, potential risks, and proposed schedule for approval.
