Job Description
- Carry out maintenance, testing, commissioning, repair, and disposal of assigned biomedical and endoscopy equipment.
- Manage scheduled and breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and available for use.
- Support user training and provide basic technical advice to clinical staff when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing, warranty claims, spare parts, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and statutory requirements (e.g. ISO, DOSH).
- Participate in safety, quality, and risk management activities, including recalls and hazard alerts.
- Support HSSE and continuous improvement initiatives at site level.
- Monitor operational costs and support cost-control initiatives in line with KPIs.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal teams, hospitals, vendors, and regulators.
