Role overview:  

Provide Engineering support of the Mechanical Handling Equipment, associated systems machinery & equipment on site at Kingsway Rochdale. Working to the highest standards to maximise operational efficiency and ensure continuous availability for Operations.  

Areas of impact: Service Team colleagues, Technical Planner and Engineering shift teams, Service Team Leader & Operations, external customers and stakeholders  

The role holder works within highly mechanised DC’s, with various types of MHE including automatic cranes, conveyors, elevators, sorters and Facilities... The MHE was installed by several different manufacturers and are run using different PLC/WMS based systems.
