Job Description
- Managing the on-going contract delivery in accordance with scope of works
- adherence and ensure team adhere to all Health and Safety regulations/ policies
- Contract specific documentation which is contract management PPM schedule and health and safety documents
- Ensure CAFM systems are updated by the teams and verify regular the quality of the jobs done by the teams and analyse the performance of the asset
- Have a continuous improvement plan in place.
- To ensure team delivers and understand the KPI and Service Level Agreement agreed with the client.
- Evaluate the risk on site and ensure training provided to the team members on the same.
- Have a training plan in place and ensure 100% implementation.
