- Be responsible for Level 2 to 3 operation support for manufacturing messaging middleware and workflow systems related services via incident management with rotational on‑call standby support to meet users expectations and FI Operations Excellence/KPI.
- Monitor system health, capacity and perform pro‑active system maintenance to ensure reliable 24/7 operation of mission‑critical applications.
- Drive investigation to resolve complex issues and contribute in problem management for pro‑active management of FI application services.
- Conduct planning and execution of deployment management, including system testing and user training, with zero defect mindset and system stability.
- Collaborate with product owner to ensure sufficient and proper transition from product management or projects to operation.
