Job Description
We are looking for motivated Field Service Engineer to join GF Building Flow Solution Iberia - Uponor Hispania . Your main targets will be residential and commercial construction projects; you will be part of the Field Service Team reshaping construction and performance of buildings.
Your primary tasks
~ Provide technical advice in the field as an expert in GF BFS, to the agreed strategic clients together with the sales and Marketing departments.
~ As technical experts in the building site about installation, set-up, commissioning and troubleshooting in Uponor solutions, the team offers technical training in workshops and building site about these topics.
~ Technical advice visits and drafting of reports on building sites during different phases of project execution: setting-out, follow-up and commissioning.
~ Troubleshooting in field of installation issues, serving as a link between customer service, the commercial force and the customers, from the installation period to the period of operation of the systems within the warranty.
~ Contribute to the development of GF BFS processes and ensure seamless roll-out in specific field (Field Service Request).
~ Coordinate seamless tickets and collaboration between customers, customer service and sales functions via CRM.
We expect you to
~ Degree in Engineering.
~ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of field service topics and practices in a technical or engineering environment.
~ Technical knowledge of building solutions and products especially in HVAC, drinking water and water supply, in the installation, commissioning and operation phase.
~ Minimum of three years of professional experience in Field Service role.
~ Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
~ Intermediate level of English.
~ Full availability to travel (Spain).
~ Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team.
