Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables: • Work closely with all departments to identify and manage risks through Technical Design Review meetings. • Evaluate Product proposal and Customer requirement covert into functional design inputs.• Manage complexity in Variants and have a clear product variant management.• Support role in - target Setting, Defining boundaries for the aggregates as per Product Attribute and functional Input Targets.• Understand the Implements suitability requirement and set the Design Targets required for the product.• Support for Design releases & responsible for product design as per TCP target.• Participation in QFD to conclude Product concept & Design Concept• Benchmarking of key competitor tractors parameters & interpret to set competitive targets & boundaries.• Evaluate Ergonomics on operator workspace, access, entry & exit to finalize the ergo layout and fixing up Hard points of all integrated systems.• Pa...
