Engineer - Mechanical


Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)


Ensure smooth and safe Plant operation during Shift.

Key Individual Accountabilities

  • Ensure Compliance to all safety & environment Procedures

  • Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to

  • Handle emergencies

  • Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards

  • Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various

  • requirements

  • Maintain Documentation as per IMS requirement

  • Hand over take over charge during shift changes

  • Ensure Equipment change over schedule to be maintained

  • Ensure the Preventive maintenance schedule is followed

  • Attend any of the plant problem as and when required.

  • Maintain logbooks of the shift.

  • Ensure adherence of all safety procedure by field staff and contract Labour

  • Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager

    BE - Mechanical with 5 to 7 years in maintenance of Caustic process Plant.

  • Conversant to work in SAP environment with hands-on experience of various SAP modules.

  • Hands-on experience in continuous process plant.

  • Knowledge about Safety & Occupational Health requirements.

  • Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures.
