Epic Hotel HVAC/Mechanic: Engineer 1 

Job Description:

  • Trade engineer: HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical Mechanic.
  • Responsible for major projects of the highest complexity requiring forefront-of-the-field, innovative solutions.
  • Responsible for all engineering and maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, central plant.
  • Performs in depth preventive maintenance, repairs and installation on all equipment including but not limited to HVAC units, heat pumps, air handler units, ice machines, kitchen equipment and domestic pump systems.
  • Performs multiple projects simultaneously. Estimates, tracks and completes project on time and budget.
