This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience to ensure smooth production operations, optimize manufacturing systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by designing and conducting analysis programs, applying knowledge of product design and fabrication, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Apply knowledge of machine processes and experience in high-volume manufacturing to achieve significant gains in cost efficiency, speed, and product consistency. Adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate flexibility, quick learning, and openness to new tasks and processes.
