JOB SUMMARY
Provides engineering support and moderate system redesigns to enhance the reliability and operational performance of building environmental systems, including HVAC, humidity control, lighting, and building management systems across both guest‑facing and back‑of‑house facilities. Evaluates the condition and performance of critical infrastructure such as chiller plants and boilers, and recommends appropriate maintenance strategies, repairs, replacements, and capital improvements.
