You are also responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of semiconductor products throughout the manufacturing process.**What You Will Do*** Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure 8D/3 x 5 WHY are prepared in quality and timely manner.* Provide timely response and feedback to customer complaint-related requests and questions.* Monitor and manage process OCAPs (Out-of-Control Action Plans) and lot-on-hold dispositions.
