JOB SUMMARY

Perform all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance throughout property.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations

  • Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible

  • Keeps all records of maintenance and testing

  • Performs preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment

  • Lamp replacement

  • Fixture repair and replacement

  • Circuit breaker reset

  • Changes AC filters

  • Basic plumbing repairs

  • Hotel Guest room repairs

  • Responds to Maximo WO’s

  • Keeps daily logs

  • Supports events
