Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on approval and compliance of interior finishes, materials, and design elements
  • Assesses durability, quality, and alignment with specifications.
  • Conducts audits and inspections for material quality and installation compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify finishes and materials.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective actions; coordinate with ID consultants and contractors to close audit observations.
  • Evaluate alternative materials for quality and cost efficiency.
  • Over 10 years of experience and qualified Engineer / Architecture or related discipline

    • Who can apply:

  • Developer / Design / Site Technical Review experience on ID elements of projects.
  • Lead or Specialist ID Design Consultants: Technical Review in either a Design or a Site Supervision role.
  • Specialist ID/Fit-out Contractor: Part of technical or engineering team
