Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes. Contributing to design and implementation, or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications. Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.. Planning amend/or executing regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality , speed, safety or security. Communicating with vendors and service providers, identify operational IT problems and seek for resolution.
