You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Unmanned Systems Integration Division of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will train, qualify, and guide personnel on directives, policies, procedures, and equipment. You will participate in candidate interviews and workforce shaping discussions (CTR vs GOV, grade-level, skill-set) with recommendations provided to the hiring manager. You will impact team make up, identify needed skill sets for vacant positions, and analyze workload to recommend new positions.
