Summary You will serve as an Engineer in the Unmanned Systems Integration Division of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. Responsibilities You will serve as a Senior Engineer in the Unmanned Systems Integration Division who trains qualifies, and guides personnel on directive, policies, procedures, and equipment. You will participate in workforce shaping discussions identifying needed skill sets for vacant positions and analyzing workload to recommend new positions. You will assess employee skill development and performance to inform supervisors of progress, training, and mentoring needs.
