The Development Engineer role:
A well-established, stable housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer to join the team on private and affordable housing projects across Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Engineer in the house building sector and have a stable track record of employment and excellent attention to detail.

You will have good knowledge and experience managing section agreements, adoptions, setting-out and managing all aspects of the Engineering processes through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self sufficient and looking to join a stable company with a strong pipeline of work.
