Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aerospace).
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
  • ICAO, EASA, or FAA airworthiness-related certifications are highly desirable.
  • Advanced training in maintenance program management and configuration control is an advantage.

Experience & Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance programs, reliability engineering, and configuration control.
  • Demonstrated CAMO experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MSG-3 methodologies and maintenance program optimization.
  • Experience implementing and tracking Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including Part M, Part 145, and CAMO requirements.
