Engineer - Maintenance

Responsibilities -

• Independently handling critical machine breakdowns in Cable plant

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines as well as utilities.

• Analyze breakdowns and implement action plans to eliminate them.

• Execute Improvement & Capex projects.

• Provide technical guidance & training to the team

• Achievement of departmental KPIs. (PM adherence, MTBF, MTTR, Power saving, Spares cost management, safety)

• Maintain Maintenance related data in SAP & IMS documentation

• Manpower management in the respective shift.

• Reduction in cost related to repairs.

Qualification - BE / Btech

Technical:

• Hands on experience on VFD’s of SIEMENS, Yasakawa, Schneider, Parker, Delta and Kirloskar drives of AC and DC

• Operational Knowledge of cable machinery

Functional:

• Knowledge of PLC Ladder

• Operational Knowledge of cable machinery
