Engineer / Manager - Sales & Service (for Cutting Tools)- Kennametal and Widia

Experience in manufacturing industries & Heavy Industries segment. Experience in selling industrial products like Cutting tools & Metal Working Solutions. Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge. Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal. He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, order management, payment collections & customer service. Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, Shall be responsible for the P&L for the product group assigned. He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members. Preparing commercial and technical proposals. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with good Techno-Commercial skills Good command over spoken and written English and Tamil Conducting trials & demonstrations at customer machines and providing the right manufacturing solutions to the customers. Maintaining relations with customers and conduction customer presentations. Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and Trouble Shooting activities.
