Job Description

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of CNC machines—boring, milling, turning, and gantry-type machines.
  • Conduct maintenance for Utilities Machinery EOT Cranes, Heat treatment Furnace, Transfer Trolleys, Air Compressors, Diesel Generator, NG skid
  • Conduct maintenance for fabrication machinery such as welding equipment, CNC-cutting, furnaces, shot blasting, rolling machines, etc.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Conduct equipment inspections, calibrations, and record results.
  • Assist in developing and updating SOPs and maintenance documents.
  • Identify and report abnormalities in hydraulic, mechanical, and CNC systems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Raise spare requirements and coordinate with stores/purchase.
  • Liaise with service vendors for external support when required.
  • Maintain maintenance records and transactions in ERP/SAP.
  • Support TPM activities and continuous improvement projects.
