Job Description
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of CNC machines-boring, milling, turning, and gantry-type machines.
- Conduct maintenance for Utilities Machinery EOT Cranes, Heat treatment Furnace, Transfer Trolleys, Air Compressors, Diesel Generator, NG skid
- Conduct maintenance for fabrication machinery such as welding equipment, CNC-cutting, furnaces, shot blasting, rolling machines, etc.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
- Conduct equipment inspections, calibrations, and record results.
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs and maintenance documents.
- Identify and report abnormalities in hydraulic, mechanical, and CNC systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Raise spare requirements and coordinate with stores/purchase.
- Liaise with service vendors for external support when required.
