**The Impact You'll Make**
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our enterprise security posture by shaping how users and devices securely access our network. Your work will directly protect critical business data, enable Zero Trust adoption, and help the organization scale securely in an increasingly complex threat landscape. By continuously improving our Network Access Control capabilities, you’ll help build a resilient, future‑ready infrastructure while influencing best practices across the broader IT and security ecosystem.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Design and evolve NAC strategies: Build, implement, and continuously enhance Network Access Control policies that safeguard network integrity while supporting business agility.
+ Enable Zero Trust at scale: Deploy and manage authentication and authorization solutions—primarily using Aruba ClearPass—to support micro‑segmentation, continuous authentication, and Zero Trust architectures.
+ Be a trusted responder: Act as a key contributor during network security incidents, ensuring swift response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of access control defenses.
+ Optimize and innovate: Proactively monitor, analyze, and fine‑tune NAC systems to improve performance, resilience, and user experience.
+ Collaborate and influence: Partner closely with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to integrate NAC with SIEM, endpoint, and other security platforms, ensuring a cohesive security strategy.
+ Document and standardize: Create and maintain clear, high‑quality documentation of NAC configurations, policies, and operating procedures to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Strong NAC expertise: Deep hands‑on experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for NAC, AAA, and Zero Trust enablement.
+ Solid security foundation: A strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and security auditing.
+ Zero Trust mindset: Practical knowledge of Zero Trust concepts such as least privilege, micro‑segmentation, and continuous verification—and a curiosity to keep refining them.
+ Authentication & authorization skills: Experience configuring and managing protocols like 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+, with a focus on scalable and secure designs.
+ Compliance awareness: Familiarity with security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and an ability to align NAC solutions with compliance needs.
+ Threat detection & response: Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to threats such as malware, phishing, and denial‑of‑service attacks, including integration with SIEM platforms.
+ Automation curiosity: Exposure to scripting, automation, or Infrastructure‑as‑Code approaches, with a willingness to grow skills around APIs and automation frameworks.
+ Growth mindset: A proactive learner who enjoys solving complex problems, seeks feedback, and stays current with emerging security technologies and trends.
**What You'll Get from Us**
+ Meaningful challenges: A hands‑on role in a modern, enterprise‑scale IT environment where your ideas and expertise genuinely matter.
+ Continuous growth: Ongoing opportunities to learn, upskill, and expand your impact through exposure to advanced security architectures and technologies.
+ Supportive culture: A collaborative, inclusive team that values knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
+ Career development: Clear opportunities to grow your technical depth, broaden your influence, and shape your long‑term career path.
