Our client is a very sizable FT500 IT&T organization with retail and wholesales business across the globe. One of their business's HQs setup in HK with branches in different regions to meet for their global business objective.
Monitor & maintain system performance to ensure all are running in good condition at all time Responsible for troubleshooting and handle service complaints as required Provide support on operation and maintenance issues covering all kind of telecom products/networks to maximize, enhance and resolve the network performance Assist in system documentation, report preparation and tools development Shift duty is required (7x24) Requirement: :
Higher Diploma or above in Electronic, Information engineering or Telecommunications 1+ year's working experience in IT supporting role Good command in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
