Engineer, Operational Excellence

The Engineer, Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing processes. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, improving productivity, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, maintenance, and cost.
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and visual management tools.
• Drive automation and digital manufacturing projects, including robotics, cobots, vision systems, AGVs/ASRS, and automated testing solutions.
