Engineer-PKI Ops

Area of Responsibility:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PKI system components such as HSM, CLM, EJBCA, Enterprise Secrets Management, and ADCS.
• Provide operational support to internal customers, including onboarding to CLM systems and handling certificate signing requests (CSRs).
• Collaborate with global IT teams across Europe, Asia, and America to optimize PKI solutions.
• Perform regular audits of PKI infrastructure and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer, design, and enhance internal PKI services hosted in corporate data centers.

Decision Making & Ownership:

• Monitor all supported PKI systems and dependent services.
• Perform log analysis for troubleshooting and housekeeping activities.
• Execute service requests through the Service Desk (ticketing system).
• Manage vulnerabilities through patching and configuration adjustments.
