Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
The incumbent will lead research and development of advanced **power electronics solutions** for next-generation Data centers. This role supports execution of technology roadmaps, develops prototypes, and drives innovation in power conversion and distribution systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Design & Development:** Create high-efficiency AC/DC and DC/DC conversion systems, HVDC distribution architectures, and redundant power solutions for data centers.
**Innovation:** Research emerging power electronics technologies, integrate solutions into digital twin environments, and support roadmap development.
**Compliance & Execution:** Deliver projects aligned with IEC, UL, IEEE standards; ensure reliability, scalability, and energy efficiency.
