Engineer Process Design & Implementation

Job Location: Hershey, PA *Summary:* Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Process Engineering Group and working at the Technical Center in Hershey PA, the Process Engineer position will, with direction, participate in the conceptual and detailed engineering design, execution, and implementation of low complexity projects requiring functional and industry expertise while developing relationships to help deliver business results. This position requires a critical thinker who is learning how to develop their capability to demonstrate and apply technical knowledge, and who is learning problem solving and optimization skills. This position will work collaboratively with both technical and business partners, learning how to communicate technical subject matter in verbal and written form cross functionally and with their manager.
