Engineer - Process

The Process Engineer performs engineering work in basic and applied research, development, design of new products and/or sustaining of existing products. Be qualified to work on ECR & ECO. The position is hands‑on, requiring proficiency in both automated and manual equipment, and aims to enhance the competency of operations and engineering staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow the new product transfer status by coordinating with FC Eng team and local logistic team.

Responsible for line capacity planning and first pass yield improvement plan.

Lead the product quality team on the program of Cycle time reduction, capacity expansion.

Follow daily production issue, lead the team on increasing yield, improving product quality, reducing the manufacturing cost.

Follow the customer quality feedback, prepare corrective action and monitor the implementation.
