Engineer – Product Development

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design including product improvement, new product development and cost down projects in HVC.
• Responsible for HVC cost down projects to carry out evaluation of new materials, approved and implemented in production.
• Responsible for ensuring the successful introduction of new product(s) into mass production on time and with efficient & reliable mass production quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure the new product(s) are being designed and developed accurately to meet the expected results.
• Identify and mitigate new product potential risk in early design state associated with production equipment and process changes.
• PoP sample preparation of HVC with on time delivery.
• Assist production in failure reject analysis to find root cause and provide solution.
