Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and cycle time.

Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC to drive sustainable results.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support root cause analysis and informed decision-making.

Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, engineering, and management teams to implement improvements.

Lead or support improvement projects from concept through implementation and validation.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track improvement results to ensure targets are achieved.
