Sime Darby Electropack Sdn Bhd-Interact with vendors and clients (if needed)Β on a regular basis via physical site visit (if required), email and calls.
-Coordinates the day to day order progress management team, from feasibility through turnover. Responsible for project tracking to meet the deadline and update packaging and sales teams accordingly.
-Work closely with sales and packaging department to ensure optimum project efficiency and profitability on all projects. Establishes, develops, maintains, and updates filing system for packaging department.
-Organizes and prioritizes orders. Manages and organizes records of Certificates of Origin of equipment (COO).
-Attend operations meeting with vendors and clients. Able to do progress report. Assist packaging department carrying out Factory Test.
-Participate in safety, process and/or improvement exercise conducted.
