About the Role

We’re BBA, a leading private consulting engineering firm in Canada, focused on high‑temperature metallurgical operations. We’re seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design and optimize pyro‑metallurgical processes for our growing client base worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex metallurgical flow sheets and run drying, pre‑reduction, pre‑heating, roasting, smelting, converting and fire refining.
• Develop process solutions and support business development initiatives to modernize and decarbonize existing processes.
• Engage with client teams to present designs, reports, publications and presentations>Help evaluate, select and commission new technologies that improve safety, efficiency and profitability of client operations.
• Prepare proposals and act as a technical link with clients.
