About the Role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be fully dedicated to driving structured problem-solving processes across our organization. This role is responsible for receiving specific problems as input, forming and leading cross-functional resolution teams, and ensuring timely and effective closure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in Agriculture or Off-Highway Equipment highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Problem-Solving Leadership

  • Take ownership of assigned problems and lead them to resolution using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, A3).
  • Form and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving teams, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Identify systemic issues and propose process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Support deployment of Lean and Six Sigma principles across operations.
  • Document lessons learned and integrate them into organizational best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate progress and results to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal quality standards.


Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

  • 3–5 years in problem-solving or continuous improvement roles.
  • Experience in Agriculture or Off-Highway Equipment strongly preferred.


Skills :

  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent problem-solving methodology.
  • Proficiency in tools such as 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC .
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt certification.
  • Experience with digital problem-solving tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Languages : Excellent English speaking and writing; additional languages are a plus
