Job Description

Direct Functional Responsibilities:
  • Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual costs vs. budget across all packages, prepare monthly cost reports, and flag deviations with root-cause analysis.
  • Change Management: Evaluate and validate contractor claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms and budget impact.
  • Forecasting & Cash Flow: Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections based on committed and anticipated expenditures.
  • Final Account Closure: Lead the reconciliation and closure of final accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.
  • System & Data Integrity: Maintain cost data accuracy in ERP or cost management systems (., Oracle, SAP, Candy, or bespoke platforms).
  • Supports in field measurement, verification, and quantity documentation.
  • Prepares preliminary reports for review by the Quantity Audit Lead.
