What you will do

As Engineer, Regional Technical Support, you play a crucial role in providing end to end sales support to Senior Leaders (regional). You are responsible for (technical support, quotation preparation, order processing, & daily communication with customer)

How you will do it

  • Prepare technical quotations, facilitate product selection
  • Respond to technical queries, and provide product support and guidance to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
     
  • What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, with 2-3 years' experience.
  • Fresh graduate with engineering background is welcome to apply.
  • Experience in managing confidential and time-sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
