Summary:

As a Research & Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing new and improved products while solving production challenges. You’ll use SolidWorks extensively, but hands-on problem-solving, prototyping, and clear communication are just as important. You’ll have access to a full machine/fabrication shop and 3D printing, as well as direct collaboration with trusted local and overseas suppliers from prototype to production.

Essential Functions:

·Develop new products and improve existing products, from concept through production

·Collaborate with cross functional product development team members

·Create engineering specifications, drawings, and test plans

·Work hands-on with machining, fabrication, and prototyping tools

·Support regulatory compliance, including FDA-compliant design documentation
