Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Customers expect our networks to perform at a high level all the time. With the exponentially increasing network usage for both Mobility and FWA, the RF team is responsible for modernizing and growing the network to maintain optimum service for our customers efficiently and reliably.

  • That’s where you come in. You will be responsible for improving network performance by completing RF designs for the regional network with emphasis on traffic analysis, analyzing network performance, antenna/RF path theory and using wireless networks design and optimization platforms.
