Job Description:
• Bachelors' degree in Business, HR, Operations, Computer Engineering or
equivalent disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on
scheduling in a retail environment.
• Strong expertise in WFM platforms such as Dayforce, Kronos, or Reflexis.
• Deep understanding of retail labor dynamics, compliance requirements,
and scheduling optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location retail
environment
